Members be advised that you will not see the member price until you enter the checkout sequence by clicking on "Add to my Shopping Cart". If you do not want the video at the price that is then posted, you can delete that item.

Purchasing Using the Shopping Cart for Domestic US Addresses

When using the Shopping Cart purchase feature on this website, you can charge your purchase using PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. After completing your shopping, go to checkout. You will be asked to fill out personal information. Take note that you must also select a country; the US is conveniently listed at the top. Make an entry in the telephone number box, take note of the shipping information fields below (check the box if the billing and shipping information is the same), verify the information, then press on the “PayPal Buy Now” icon. You will see a summary of your order; verify that the order summary is correct, then push the PayPal button again. You will then see a page that invites you to sign on to your PayPal account. If you want to use your PayPal account, sign into PayPal and proceed as directed. If you want to pay by credit card, click on “Click here” after the question “Don’t have a PayPal account?” You will then be directed to another page to provide your credit card information.

The shopping cart will calculate shipping and handling to US customers for a single DVD First Class Mail at $3.50. Multiple DVDs are shipped Priority Mail, the cost for which is $6.60 for shipping and handling two DVDs. For orders over 2 videos, an additional $1 for each video over 2 will be added. If you have an unusual order or want to arrange different shipping arrangements, please call or e-mail us. We can provide you with an e-mail electronic invoice for any set of conditions that are not available using the shopping cart, including First Class Mail shipment for multiple videos. We are required to collect 5% sales tax from purchasers in the state of Virginia.

Purchasing Using the Shopping Cart for Shipment to non-US Addresses

Purchasers outside the United States can use the Shopping Cart feature to charge purchases using PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. Please note that the shopping cart will calculate shipping charges for shipments of up to seven videos for addresses outside the United States. (See “Orders for More than Two Videos….” below for more information). After completing your shopping, go to checkout. You will be asked to fill out personal information. In the state box, take note that the first selection on the top is a blank space. Non-US purchasers should click on that space, and no US state abbreviation will appear in the box or the address record. You may enter your postal code in the zip code box. Select your country from the list, make an entry in the telephone number box, take note of the shipping information fields below, verify the information, then press the “PayPal Buy Now” icon. You will see a summary of your order; verify that the order summary is correct, then push the PayPal button again. You will then see a page that invites you to sign on to your PayPal account. If you want to use your PayPal account, sign into PayPal and proceed as directed. If you want to pay by credit card, click on “Click here” after the question “Don’t have a PayPal account?” You will then be directed to another page to provide your credit card information.

Shipping Rates to non-US Addresses

On May 14, 2007, the US Postal Service implemented a new structure for international mail shipment. Global Priority Mail (GPM) has been replaced by Priority Mail International (PMI). The flat rate single-video envelope is no longer available, but the PMI flat rate envelope that will accommodate two videos is still available, and is the best way for expedited delivery of videos to addresses outside the US. The shopping cart will price a single video for non-US destinations at $6.50 for shipping and handling First-Class Mail International. Shipping and handling for a two-video package (Flat Rate PMI envelope) is $11.00 for Canada and Mexico, $13.00 to all other points. The good news is that most countries that did not accept GPM now accept PMI. As always, if you have any questions, contact us for further information. Orders for More than Two Videos for Shipment to Addresses Outside the United States

The options and charge variations for shipping more than two videos to non-US addresses have been simplified, but unfortunately, are now quite expensive. In moving out of the two video flat rate PMI envelope, the package must be sent PMI according to weight and the next break is to $22.00 for shipping and handling for a video count from 3 to 7. The shopping cart will calculate shipping charges for orders of 3-7 videos to a non-US address at this rate. If you wish to order more than two videos, and can trade shipping delivery time for some reduction in shipping cost, we can ship them First Class Mail International. Please contact us at Hart Aviation Video Enterprises and specify your requirements. We will obtain the necessary information and send you an e-mail invoice.

Special Situations - General

For any special situation, you can place any order by contacting us by e-mail Hart Aviation Video Enterprises or telephone to establish the details of the transaction desired. We will provide you with an e-mail invoice that can be paid using a PayPal transaction, major credit card or by mail. You can order at member prices no matter what ordering method you use. If we receive an order at the member price, and we have a member account in the database in the name of the person placing the order, the member price will apply to the purchase.

All payments must be in US funds. We accept personal checks made payable in US dollars; other common methods of payment are Postal Money Order, bank drafts made payable in US dollars or any other valid payment method. Western Union drafts are quite popular. Personal checks or drafts will be held until payment has been confirmed. When asking for special quotes or conditions, please provide us with the details of your desired purchase including contact information and details of your address, precisely as it should appear on our shipping label. Invoices sent by e-mail can be paid using regular mail payment methods.
